2006 Lexus IS 300 Repair Question

I have Lexus is 350 2006 the power stearing is not working what is the procedure of repearin the stearin
Before the stearing. And speed meter is not working but when we change the back wheel abs sensors the speed meter is working now but power stearing is still not working

check the fluid. if it is ok, then you either a pump or rack failure.
