Automatic transmission filter location and replacement

Hello,

This vehicle does have a transmission screen inside of it. However it requires removing the transmission to get to it. It is considered as a non maintenance part.
However, you can do a simple drain and fill of the transmission fluid. You simply have to remove the drain plug to drain and fill afterwards.
You will need about 4-5 quarts of transmission fluid, depending on how much of it got drained out.
