Car felt like in first gear when driving. Dealer says rebuilt or new rear differrential. What should be the cost?

close to $1500 or so at a dealer check around and have another opinion as it may not be the rear end. might be a tcase problem.not going out of low range.

check the wiring under the jeep to see if there is a wire that is corrosive or not making a good contact. simular thing happened to my wifes truck found that the wire for the 4 wheel drive was correded.
