2006 Hyundai Verna Repair Question

When i give accelerator of my diesel engine car( ) engine getting off in 3000rpm
When taken the car for service some one say issue with turbocharger some one says engine head some says sensor so I get confused please give actual reaction and solution car run around 990000KM

Are there any trouble codes?
What do you mean by getting off at 3000 rpm?
What are the issues you are facing and pleas provide us as much detail as possible.
