Honda Ridgeline Steering Problem
Why does my truck hum when I turn it on and the steering wheel sometimes is hard to turn?

Check the powers steering fluid level and condition.
Seems the pump is not functioning well and dirty fluids is one possible cause.
Check the belt tension.
