If the back plate of one of the brake pads fall off can it cause a severe grinding noise during breaking also causes the truck to pull to on .. . .. .
When i push the break it is hardand starts to grind and pulsate it also pulls to the right

absolutely. replace the pads and most likely the rotors now.
