The fan does not start when the engine is hot

The fuse is fine I don't know if its a sensor or something else how can I test it? How much does it cost to replace this sensor?
how do I repair it myself?

Do you have a multimeter to do some some testing?The sensor just screws in.

Do you know where the sensor is?You will have to tested the sensor when the engine is ice cold and you know the outside temp. Unless you have a infared temp gun?
