Ford has a lot of different suspension systems but I don't recall seeing a track bar on any them. On 4wd trucks, that attaches to the front axle on one side and the frame on the other side to hold the axle from moving sideways. If you have the twin I-beam front suspension, you won't have a track bar, just lots of tire wear.

Start by looking for a steering damper that is leaking oil. It looks just like a shock absorber but it moves equally hard in both directions. It will be attached to the frame on one end and to the steering linkage on the other end. Also check the tie rod ends and ball joints for play. If you have the twin I-beam system, check for worn strut rod bushings. Sometimes you can physically move the end attached to the bracket on the frame up and down a little by hand. Sometimes you'll see paint or rust worn away and a shiny area on the bracket. That is proof the bushings have allowed the strut rod to move excessively.
