2006 Ford F 150 Truck Cranking Does Start Checked Reset Pump Also Fuse Pump

The truck is cranking and cranking but does not start.checked the reset for pump and also fuse for pump. Tried 10 times to put I gnition on and off but still won't fire. Is the fuel pump finished?
