2006 Ford F 150 During Early Morning Hours Vehicle Parked Head Lights Brakes

During the early morning hours with the vehicle parked my head lights and brakes went on on their own. I tried to start the vehicle but no luck. On the dash the battery and check engine light were lit with the parking brake and ABS light clicking on and off. I disconnected the negative battery post.

Is there a module that needs replacing if so which one?
