Why did you take off the door panel to reconnect the horn? Where was the spark heard?

Does the engine turn over? Do you get gas to the cylinders? What about spark?

You may have damaged the keyless remote/security system. If something sparked when you connected a wire/wires to the speaker in the door, the wrong wire was probably hooked up. It may have been a wire to the power lock solenoid, since now that system isn't working. You may also have a faulty relay for the lock system.

Our reference material doesn't show an OEM security system.
