2006 Chrysler Pt Cruiser First Car Cold Want Start On Try Since Had Car Plus

first when the car is cold it want start on the first try never since we had the car, plus if you drive it for a short period of time and turn the car off it want start for about 15 to30 mins, and if you sit to a traffic light with the a/c on to longthe car stalles but if you pull off before it stalls it has no power you have to pull over for the time frame i allready spoke of want could be the problem
