Can't diagnose it over a computer unless you tell us what kind of ball. Do you hear it with just the engine running, or do you have to be moving? Any speed? Just when turning? Have you actually looked at anything. Is the steering wheel still straight when you drive on a straight road? Do you feel any vibration in the steering wheel, or the seat, or the floor?
It's probably time for an inspection at a tire and alignment shop.
