Good afternoon, been to a few places to cheak engien and they all tell me that no codes show up, then why is the cheak engien on?

There are codes if the light is on

Go to a real shop with real techs and not parts salesman. The light is on for a reason. We need the code

But isnt the code reader the same machine as the one in the parts store or do they have better ones in the shop?

Shops have a real scan tool much more advanced than the simple code readers at parts stores
