Chevrolet Impala 12 volt Problem
Winshield washer pump didn't work. I removed it and put 12 volts directly to the connect terminals. It worked fine. Reinstalled & worked fine. Two weeks later it no longer works!!
Is it a faulty motor with aflat spot, perhaps. Or should I test for faulty relay? If so, how ? The fuse is good.

I'd check voltage and ground at the pump, when the problem is ongoing. Orange wire is voltage and black is ground. If you have good voltage and ground, suspect the pump. Also, make sure fluid lines are clear.
