2006 Chevrolet Impala Traction Control Light Enegine Check Comes On Message

My traction control light and enegine check light comes on and message saying " engine power reduced service traction control " , it happends all the time , so i shut off my car wait about 3mins and sometimes that works but sometime it will do it again. By taking the fuse out will that solve the problem or cause more issues
