2006 Chevrolet HHR Repair Question

Chevrolet HHR Battery Problem
My 2006 chevy hhr clicks but will not start and the everything in the car flashes battery is good and tested relays all good seems to be as if the car is lcked in security mode and will not start

Is the security light on solid or flashing?
