Need Help with Trouble Codes P0326 and P2431

I would like to know what action I should take on these codes. These codes come and go without clearing them. They return every 3 days or so. The car runs 100% no noises etc. I changed to a higher octane fuel with the same result also change air filter as well. It is a 2006 Cobalt 2.2.
