Good aligned wheels. Odd vibrations

I have new wheels and tires, computer aligned and balanced, and I still get wheel vibrations over 55 mph. Would this be a tie rod or a wheel hub/bearing assembly?

Is there any noise coming from the front? Also, are you sure you don't have bent rim?

Could be an out of round tire also.
