Toyota Corolla Battery Problem
Why does car start sluggish after installing new battery?

Bad connection or new battery is not fully charged. Measure the battery voltage. It will be 12.6 volts if it's fully charged. At 12.4 volts it's about half charged.
Voltage drop tests will identify a poor connection.
