2005 Suzuki Forenza Repair Question

My car is overheating, fans are not coming on, pressure building up in radiator
The car starts making a noise that sounds like its revving up and down and it shakes.

Check the fan relays to see if they are receiving power. If so, check the fans to see if they are receiving power. Check the temperature sending unit to see if it is receiving power.
