What are the valve specs on my 05 Impreza Outback sport

Did basic tune up, I loosend wrong bolt an engine started knocking. I adjusted it the best I could by feel. The knocking stoped, but I cant let the car warm up in the morning, because the engine light will come on an cruise light will flash.

I did cylinder 1 miss fire, never done it before, till I did the valve gaskets spark plug seals ect.
