Scion tC 2005
Scion tC with new plugs has rough idle, and little to no acceleration. i am thinking a fuel issue. check engine light was tested and said to check emmisions but that was it.

Have the fuel pressure checked. Low fuel pressure can result in poor performance. What was the trouble code retrieved?

it said something about emmissions, not sure of code. could the filter be the prolem before the pump.

Unless the filter is badly clogged, otherwise it would only affect performance but not the rough idling. Get the code for me so I can understand if it is anything to do with the issues you are experiencing. National chain parts outlets provides free scanning services.
