HELLO, I RECENTLY HAD BRAKE PADS REPLACED ON THE FRONT WHEELS OF MY CAR. SOMETIMES IT WILL START SQUEALING. THE PERSON WHO PUT THEM ON SAY'S THAT IT'S BECAUSE THE GLUE HAS NOT SET IN. THE CAR IS HARDLY DRIVEN. IS THAT CORRECT?

ALSO, I TRIED TO HAVE MY CAR SMOGGED BUT WAS TOLD THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY FUEL REGULATOR. CAN YOU TELL WHAT THE COST IS AND WHAT IS INVOLVED. THANK YOU SUSAN
