My service engine light came on, I took it to advanced auto and had it computer tested it said the engine speed sensor was bad, and circuit malfunction. I replaced all the parts and it still takes 2 cranks for it to start. Would you maybe suggest reflashing the computer?

The car doesnt cut off anymore but the codes for the crank sensor and the speed sensor are still in the computer, and the check engine light still comes on.
