2005 Merc Mtn Drinks Gas

I have tuned up the engine, changed oil and cleaned fuel injectors, why when I fill up my tank $75, ouch!, in 2 days of city driving, the tank is almost empty?

Please help! Mechanics are stumped.

Could be running too rich due to the following

1.Excessive fuel pressure can be cause by restricted fuel return line
2.Defective Oxygen Sensors.
3.Leaking injectors and fuel pressure regulator.
4.Coolant temperature sensor out of calibration.
5.Restricted air intake system.
