How do you reprogram the door locks, windows and trunk

I had my drivers side regulator replaced and the window company could not get the window to work properly so they disconnected the battery for 5 minutes and fixed only the drivers side window...

now my windows only work from the drivers door. the electronic lock that works is the drivers door.

I can't even open the car from the keypad. only the drivers side.

Oh and I can only get into my trunk with the key

can you please help

That is a good question. They really aren't programed. They work from switches and solenoids. I would recommend going back and demanding that they fix it or pay for a dealer to repair it. As far as the keyless entry, it sounds like they deleted the info from the computer's memory.
