I am about to buy a 05 Lexus is300 but the ECU is missing. I have the ECU from another 05 Lexus is300. Do I have to go get it programmed and then installed or can I program it and install it myself or how?

Install the computer if the CEL comes on-Scan the computer for Codes-start here

The CEL does come on. But how would I scan the computer for codes?
