Kia Sorento Brake caliper Problem
Right rear wheel studs striped and broken,need replacement how?

You would need to remove the brake caliper and rotor to replace the studs. After removal of rotor, knock the stud out and place new stud in. Use a nut with a spacer to tighten the stud to press it into position.
