2005 kia carnival
Describe your problem... the coolant water is mixing with the engine oil, my mechanics told me that it might end by changing the whole engine

This engine is notorious for such problems and if overheating had occurred at one time or another, most likely it has damaged the engine. You either need a rebuilt or new engine.
