You need to retrieve the trouble code to find out what is causing it.
As to non starting, are you able to crank without starting or it does not crank at all?

You need to check the engine compression, battery and starter. If cranking speed is low, it might not be easy to start. Check the glow plugs as well.

For Diesel engines the compression is rather high so you need appropriate pressure gauge to test.

Sorry I do not have the information on your vehicle. If the rail pressure is incorrect, a scan tool should be able to diagnose it.

i gave it to the auto electricians. but they had no appropriate diagnostic socket. because this vehicle has many sockets.it has a 3 pin socket,we could able to communicate. but i have no a photo. but we have a doubt abut some data.
ENGINE SPEED 31987rpm ( only IGN-KEY ON)

There should be an OBD-II socket somewhere as believe the system used is rather new.
