Honda Accord O ring Problem
Power steering pump whinning. i read that replacing the o ring could solve this problem and it only cost a dollar but what o ring are they talking about and where is it located

Unless you have leakages if not no O'ring is going to help. Did you check the fluid level and is it correct?
What is the condition of the fluid? If it is too dirty, the strainer inside the power steering fluid reservoir can get clogged causing the noise.
