Why won't the automatic headlights on my 2005 ford freestar shut off the headlights after I turn the van off

Probable causes here could be the smart junction box or the auto lamp/sun load sensor-

The smart junction box, is it part of the computer. Will this also cause other electrical problems like, message center won't light up, rear fan or rear wipers don't work and passenger side mirror. I'm wondering if this is a disposable vehicle lol.
