my ford fiesta 1.2 zetec won't start I have replaced the battery but still now joy.

When turning the key once all the electrics and radio come on but when turning to start the car the lights on the dash board go off and so does the radio. There is a click noise before the lose of the power coming from the fuse box

I am wondering if it's the starter motor I was gonna try turning it just incase it has devolved a slight blind spot.

Ps when turning the key once there is none of the rule indicators on the dashboard working?

Would love some one to help
