2005 Ford F 150 Changed Plugs Cop S Runs Except U Constant Speed Barely Give

I changed plugs cop's. it runs ok except when u going at a constant speed and barely give it gas it jerks like hesitating. And it also burning gas alot about 12 miles per gallon. Also whenever u go to pass a car and floor it, it hesitates like fall on its face.
