2005 Ford F-150 Repair Question

Auxiliary power supply on dash and lighter dosnt work but the supply in extended cab does is there another fuse to look for
None of the power supply points worked i replaced the fuse under the dash passenger floorboard and now the one in the extended cab works but not the ones on the dash no signs of any splicing of any wires any where such as amps speaker lights etc... is there another fuse checked and they arent any blown any place in that panel

fuse 37 and 39 control the power pionts. 37 does the rear and front console and 39 controls the ip one.the grounds are in the left front footwell for one, the right kick panel for the other.
