Airbag indicator
I have a 2005 Ford 500 and the air bag indicator some times flashes on and off or comes on and stays on. Ford service states that the system does not show a code and they do not know what to do about this problem.

have you checked the connections under the drivers seat. check the wires for loose contacts and check if the connection sockets are broken

Yes, I would agree that such symptoms indicates possible loose or contaminated wire connectors or a faulty control unit.
