2005 Citroen C4 Repair Question

No fuel to engine! why????
Suspected primer pump failure. Has anyone had the same problem? next steps??? Many thanx.

the pump needs to be tested. make sure all fuses are good. you need to hook up a gauge to verify the pump is working.

thank you for reply roy. could the onboard computer need resetting? i actually took the car for a service ironically, and only got 50 yards before it cut out. Green flag suspected pump failure but the garage i got the service from is adamant the onboard computer needs resetting. i haven't a clue if im being misled. i thought if there were any faults the engine management light would come on.
