i put new wires and plugs and core pack and it still doing it. i took it to machine it say number 7 not firing what is that?

my car shacking when i press brakes and stop but when i drive it does not do that but not enough power

-Could be rotors warped on shaking and no.7 is cylinder no.7 -check sparkplug, compression and injector for that cylinder
