2005 Chrysler 300 Repair Question

Chrysler 300 Radiator Problem

Car overheats, pressure test negative, no smoke can't see a leak. Dashboard gauge shows after sitting for 15 minutes normal. The car will run fine for about 2 months and problem returns. Mechanic can't locate problem.

try replacing thermostat and radiator cap . when car is warm/hot check for cold spots in radiator if there are cold spots the rad is bad or needs rodding.
