What is wrong when the temperature gage goes off in your car when the car is just idling but as the car moves the gage is normal and there are no signs of the car actually overheating and upon

That usually means your electric fan is not working, assuming it actually gets into the red. It's normal for it to get much hotter at idle. The fan doesn't kick on unto 225 degrees or higher and then it will come back down.
