2005 Chevy Cobalt. Car worked fine yesterday. Today my keys were in the ignition with car off. And my car locked itself. Used the spare key to unlock then used the main key to unlock. Car then begun to lock and unlock its self in seconds. Won't stop doing so even while driving. Went to chevy dealer changed battery in key fob. Key forb works perfect the way it should. Door locking system does not. No longer locks by buttons but makes the lock sound. Did a car scan no codes showed up but previous antilock brakes code. So is this a BCM problem? Did a little research and that is what it sounds like to me. Thank you

Sorry should have been more clear the buttons on the driver and passenger sides both do not work unless I use a key fob.

It sounds like a bad body control module but you'll have to have it checked out.
