The econ light always stays on even if I try to turn it off, what could be causing this to happen?
I beleive this is affecting the air conditioning too as I have been told it;s not working.

A problem has been detected by the A/C control system and this is an indicator that something is wong.
You need appropriate scan tools to diagnose the cause of the problem.
