2005 Acura EL Repair Question

Acura EL Heater Problem
When coming to a stop or idling, heater stops blowing warm air and starts blowing cold air. Coolant and thermostat were checked and are okay. No noise coming from engine that would indicate a problem with water heater. Heater will blow warm air when driving most of the time.

Is the engine temp ok, running in the normal zone?
