Pondering on car purchase

I already own a 2001 volvo s 60 but am looking to purchase a 2004 volvo s 40 with light drivers side damage (new head light needed and possible side quarter panel), what other possible repairs should I be concerned about with?

Damage to the core supprt, to the cooling system, to the air conditioning heat exchanger(condensor)to the wiring in that general area, to the suspension, etc. This all is of course without my being able to see the car, it might just be the headlight and a good body guy could get the wrinkles out of the Q panel straightaway. Any pics??

From the looks, the bid seems to have a high reserve, I would be cautious. Ebay is a great site and the admin of same has been known to go to great lengths to support the buying public. 5k is what a used one might fetch, but with the damage, you might not be close on the price, hard for me to say for sure from here. Once again, this is just my opinion, it might have some things about it that are not listed that could easily sweeten the deal.
