help,
im thinking of swapping my 2005 vauxhall astra life cdti 1.3 with 89,000 miles for 2004 vw polo 1.9 sdi with 35,000 miles???? What do you think???Iv mixed comments on the sdi model??? Help please. I will be commuting to and from university too which is 120 mile round trip.

The VW is a very reliable and economical car, but like any car it is the product of it's last owner, if it was serviced on a regular basis there should be no hidden surprises, i will be worth your while paying a few dollars to get the car checked over by a qualified mechanic.

yes we would be going tomorrow to check the car over. Im not keen on the drive in the astra to be honest. What do you think about the sdi polo model??? As i ave seen some people say its very slow and sluggish??? Cheers
