Changed the steering column, key cylinder, and ignition switch and now wont start and a flashing light with key image is on

Probably the key reader is no communication with the ECU, this will have to be re programed as it is from a different car. It will have to be taken to a dealer or a work shop with the correct tooling to do the job.
