You got a serious electrical problem -check/test all fuses, relays and circuit breakers-Ignition switch-if all okay-bring it in to an electrical auto shop for further diagnosis, its gonna be hard to provide you the fix for these problems over a computer-Sorry

Sounds like your "Load Reduction" relay is not powered-up.

This is usually due to a faulty ignition switch.

Try to apply slight pressure to the key while it is in the ON
position (wiggle the key up/down/left/right)... this can
sometimes find a "sweet spot" where everything comes back to life.

If things start working again, chances are that it is a bad switch.

To be 100% sure, you need to test power going into the switch and
then out of the switch (to the load reduction relay circuit) in
order to be sure the switch is working.

If power exits the switch, you then follow the power to the load
reduction relay to see if it gets energized when the key is ON.

If the relay receives power, but does not activate, then the relay
is faulty.

The relay receives DIRECT power from a fuse on top of the battery
