What could be making the winding screechy noise coming from the front driver's hub?

Was driving off the main road when the front end fell into a small ditch. The truck landed on the front driver's side hub. Since then, the truck has made a winding screechy sound when the wheel rotates. Its pretty loud. Despite that, it doesn't seem to be affecting the alignment. What could be the possible problem? How much do you estimate the cost would be to take it to a auto repair shop?

Thank you for your time,

Sounds like something got bent and is rubbing where it shouldn't.

Check the backing plate is not bent and rubbing on the brake rotor.
