2004 Scion xB Repair Question

Why does the fuse in my amplifier always pop?
I have a sound system installed into my vehicle and just lately the fuse blew out on the amplifier. When i went to replace it with a brand new one, the new one would also pop.

Your noise-maker has a shorted output module.
